O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Assistant Offset Machine Technician as per his qualification, seniority and performance in the recruitment test held on 29.07.2024 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the said recruitment results had been published and the entire appointment process had also been completed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 2/4
