ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and R2. 2.It appears that Crime Nos.353 of 2020 and 354 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent are case and counter case. The petitioner is the complainant in Crime No.354 of 2020. 3.The petitioner's case is that he was attacked by a number of persons. But then, the police have deliberately omitted many of them, according to him. He is in possession of the relevant CCTV footage that has filmed the occurrence.

4.All that the petitioner wants is that the second respondent should take CCTV footage on file. No objection can be taken to his request. The second respondent is directed to receive the CCTV footage from the petitioner and conduct investigation in accordance with law.
