This writ petition has been filed praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings in D.O.Letter No.159/SHS-NTEP/2020 dated 25.08.2020 and quash the same as illegal.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a letter of the State TB Officer that the order impugned in this writ petition in D.O.Letter No.159/SHS-NTEP/2020 dated 25.08.2020 is cancelled and all the Deputy Directors of Medical Services (TB) are requested to take action to fill up the vacant posts by contract basis for 11 months, as per the norms of the National Health Machine, Tamil Nadu.

Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
