This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11512 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate submits that the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11512 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022 has been complied with and the respondent is going to file the final report today ie., 05.07.2024.
