RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to weekly report before the respondent/complainant instead of daily report before the respondent/complainaint imposed in Crl.O.P.NO.16865/2018 dated on 20/09/2018 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.AJU TAGORE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition to weekly report before the respondent / complainant instead of daily report imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16865 of 2018, dated 20.09.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has been completed and the respondent police laid charge sheet before the Mahila Court, Pudukkottai and the same was taken in S.C.No.6 of 2018.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16865 of 2018 is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till he receives the summons from the Mahila Court, Pudukkottai and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Mahila Court, Pudukkotai, on all hearing dates. Hence, this petition is ordered accordingly.
