ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to file a final report in Crime.No.06 of 2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 06 of 2022 and for the same, the investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
