ORDER: This petition coming on for orders on this day,upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ARUNRAJ.K,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY,Government Advocate(Criminal side)for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7626 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 08.07.2021, without fail.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 08.07.2021. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would further submit that the investigation is under way.
4.
