ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and R2. 2.The petitioner apprehends threat at the hands of the private respondents. The petitioner had earlier given a complaint against one Radha Krishnan and the same has also been registered as FIR.

3.The petitioner's counsel points out that he had already filed an injunction suit in O.S.No.104 of 2020 before the District Munsif Court, Lalgudi. But, I.A.No.2 of 2020 is not being taken up because there is no presiding officer in the Court. 4.I, therefore, direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.09.2020 on merits and in accordance with law as early as possible.
