ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.327 of 2026, dated 23.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Uppiliapuram Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 27.03.2026.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A. (MD)No.327 of 2026, dated 23.03.2026, is relaxed and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 29.04.2026 ogy 2/4
