Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to receive the principle and interest amount payable by the petitioner towards the petitioner loan account No.1775 having S.B.Account No.6456403928 and return the petitioner jewels pledged in the above said loan account forthwith on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2017.
