ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his representation, dated 23.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the the respondents 3 to 6 are illegally trespassed into the petitioner's property and threatened him with dire consequences and also abused him in filthy language. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation dated, 23.06.2022 to the respondents seeking police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that enquiry is pending on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the same will be considered by the respondents.

4.Recording the same, the respondents police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.06.2022 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
