Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the entire records relating to the charge memo in (*)P.R.No.25/2009 dated 18.11.2009 and quash the entire disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the above mentioned charge memo as illegal and consequentially promote the petitioner as Inspector of Police with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of his immediate junior with all attendant benefits.
