2.Decision in this regard has to be taken by the first respondent in association with fifth respondent herein. 3.This Court therefore directs the fifth respondent to take action on the writ petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2017 in accordance with law after issuing notice to the concerned parties. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
