The petitioner has filed this petition with an allegation that the respondents 1 & 2 are interfering in the civil dispute pending between him and the respondents 3 & 4, under the guise of enquiry. 2.The respondents 3 & 4 submitted that the petitioner is a cheater, indulging in several white collar offences.

3.After some arguments, the petitioner's Counsel sought permission to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
