This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.359 of 2024, dated 26.09.2024, on the file of the first respondent herein.

2.Today(06.06.2025), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for admission, Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions submits that the final report in Crime No.359 of 2024 has already been filed through e-filing in C2025 00033 813/25, on 08.03.2025.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. Mere filing of final report is not sufficient and it is the responsibility of the respondent police to ensure that the final report is filed and it is taken on file by the concerned Court within a period of two weeks. It is also the responsibility of the concerned Courts 2/4
