O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 2 to 6 to issue tender notice to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.Danial Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the records.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents 2 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2017.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 2 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
