ORDER
The petitioner filed the writ petition to prevent the respondents from proceeding further in terms of the notification dated 12.07.2021 of the third respondent without conducting course and exams for the Technical Teachers Certificate. After the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner states that an announcement has been made by the Directorate of Technical Education to the effect that the last date to apply for new type writing institutions has been extended until further notification. The petitioner also points out that applications have been invited for the certificate course for technical teachers. Consequently, it is stated that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed for the present.
2. Mr.R.Baskaran, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents.
3. By recording the aforesaid submissions, W.P.(MD).No.14108 of 2021 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court if the need arises in future. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.11075 & 11076 of 2021 are also closed.
