This petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members by way of interfering with the matter purely civil in nature. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Governement Advocate (criminal side) for the official respondents. 3.The learned Governement Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent/R.Parameshwari, against the petitioners, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed finding that it is a 'civil dispute'.
