ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused person in crime No. 129 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to accept the surrender and consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the Special Court for SC/ST(POA) Act, Srivilliputhur, to accept the surrender and consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender in crime No.129 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 05.05.2026.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
