Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the impugned order in e.f.vz;. 185/J.fh.f.bj.m/2017, dated 27.07.2017 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal, consequently, to direct the respondents for grant permission for conduct agitation on 04.08.2017 from 03.30 P.M., or any other earlier date near Gandhi Statue, Senkottai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2017, within the time stipulated by this Court.
