ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife, namely, Vaishnavi, aged about 21 years, before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a husband of one Vaishnavi and he had filed the complaint alleging that his wife, Vaishnavi, was illegally detained by her parents. Based on the said complaint, enquiry was conducted and during enquiry, the alleged detenue appeared before the respondent Police and agreed to go along with the petitioner and she is now with the petitioner. Thereby, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the petition.
