This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19671 of 2023, dated 22.11.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 7 days. Apart from this murder case, two other murder cases are pending as against the petitioner and one case registered under Section 307 IPC is also pending against him.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19671 of 2023 is modified.
