ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.03.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for th respondents police would submit that on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered on 12.02.2023. Similarly on the basis of the complaint given by the counter party a case in Crime No.214 of 2023 has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.214 of 2023.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
