The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a police protection to conduct survey on the petitioner's land. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that if any request is made from the Surveyor, the respondents are prepared to provide police protection. 3.It is open to the concerned Surveyor to seek police protection, if he/she needs. If any request is received from the Surveyor, the respondents shall provide necessary police protection for conducting survey.
