ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Lock and Seal Notice issued by the Commissioner of Municipality, Thuraiyur in proceedings dated 22.04.2025 bearing Na.Ka.No.3596/2023/F1 is under challenge in the present writ proceeding.

2. Pursuant to the orders of the High Court, enforcement actions are initiated to remove the unauthorized construction/deviation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that deviations are rectified and informed to the Commissioner of Municipality, Thuraiyur.

4. In view of the said submissions, the Commissioner of Municipality, Thuraiyur is directed to conduct a field inspection, verify the removal of unauthorized construction/deviation by the petitioner and ensure that the subject building is restored in accordance with the building planning permission granted by the competent authority. 2/4

5. In the event of identifying unauthorized construction/deviation, the respondent shall continue the enforcement action and remove the unauthorized construction/deviation by following the further procedures as contemplated under the law.
