ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime.No.927/2021 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 927/2021 and for the same, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
