This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the rejection order in Na.Ka.No.32/Ka.thu.Ka.they.A/2021 dated 22.07.2021 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabadi Tournament scheduled to be held on 15.08.2021 to 16.08.2021 pursuant "Birth Day Function of Eluchi Thamizhar Dr.Thul.Thirumavalavan" at Public Thidal, Kattalaikudiruppu Village, Tenkasi District.
