ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 354(c) and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.545 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the first accused in this case and that the petitioner had captured video clip with the intimate relationship between the defacto complainant in his mobile phone and the relationship have got strained. In the meanwhile, the defacto complainant and one Kaviyarasan were in love affairs thereafter, the Kaviyarasan refused to marry the defacto complainant and against which she had preferred a complainant to the respondent police and they were called for enquiry and when the matter was enquired with the petitioner, the petitioner had sent a captured private movements to the father of the Kaviyarasan.

3. Considering the nature of the offence and the manner with which the petitioner had conducted himself, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
