The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.132 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Vriddhachalam and transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Thirumayam.

ORDER

The petition is filed by the wife praying to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No. 132 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Vriddhachalam and

transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Thirumayam. She has also filed HMOP.No.42 of 2024 and the same is also pending before the Sub-Court, Thirumayam.

2.It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she is now residing at Sivagangai along with her parents within the jurisdiction of the Sub-Court, Thirumayam and is also taking care of her tender child aged one year. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on the following terms:

(i)the H.M.O.P.No.132 of 2023 on the file of the Sub-Court, Vriddhachalam, is withdrawn and transfer the same to the file of the SubCourt, Thirumayam, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2024. (ii)No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
