Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DIVYA.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8412 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- by the petitioner before the respondent is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
