O R D E R

Even though the prayer was originally made by the petitioner/wife to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.278 of 2023 from the file of the III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, to the file of the Family Court, Pudukottai, considering the fact that the petitioner is a practicing Advocate at Pudukottai Bar and considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the matter is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Trichy.

2. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Considering the fact that both the parties are professionals, the Family Court, Trichy, shall either dispense with their presence or allow them to appear through video-conferencing except for the necessary hearings of counseling, mediation, examination of witness etc. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
