ORDER

The petitioner seeks disbursement of the crop insurance amount. The petitioner has already given a representation before the District Committee headed by the District Collector.

2.The second respondent is directed to convene the committee and give a disposal to the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
