Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representations dated 20.01.2020 and 27.08.2020 and consequently, direct the respondents to issue individual patta to the petitioner for land situated in Survey No.231/2A1, having total extent of 80 cents, Patta No.1520 out of it, Plot No.7, having extent of 3 1⁄2 cents at Avaniyapuram Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner and to issue individual Patta in his name with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard Mr.A.Muralikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that as of now, the revenue records with respect to the subject property stands in the name of the Tamil Nadu Boomithan Board.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.01.2020 and to deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
