The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to take appropriate order against the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2022.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a complaint on 28.06.2022 as against the fourth respondent before the official respondents and the same was not considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petitioner's complaint was enquired and the same was closed on 30.06.2022.
