This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to include the details of the decree and judgment in O.S.No.709/2015 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, dated 23.03.2017 in the encumbrance certificate for the land in S.No.130/14 and S.No.134/1 situated at Veerkkal Village, Authoor Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2017.

matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
