2. There is no dispute that the petitioner is a street vendor. She seeks grant of license.

3. The respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the petitioner is eking out her livelihood only as a street vendor, the respondent is directed to adopt due process of law.
