O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to measure and demarcate the lands of the petitioner in survey No.372/93 to an extent of 2-1/4 cents, situated at Samasthan Pallivasal, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2017.

2.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The case of the petitioner is that she owns 92-1/4 cents in S.No.272/93 and 3⁄4 cents in S.No.372/94 situated at Samasthan Pallivasal, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District and she has been possession and enjoyment of the same.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted an application on 21.06.2017 to the respondents to measure and demarcate her land. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2017 and take appropriate decision, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
