For Respondent : Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- To modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner by the Learned Vacation Session Judge, Thoothukudi in Crl.M.P.No.2809 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 as to directing the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when 1/4
required for interrogation instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.00 am.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2809 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is civil dispute between the parties and a suit in O.S.No.84 of 2019 is also pending. He further submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen. Hence, he seeks modification of the conditions.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) opposes grant of relief.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second condition imposed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Crl.M.P.No.2809 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 stands relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain unaltered.
