For Respondent : Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- To modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Crl.MP.No.2213 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 as to directing the petitioners shall report before the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.2213 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is civil dispute between the parties and a suit in O.S.No.84 of 2019 is also pending. He further submitted that the first petitioner is a senior citizen and the third petitioner is a college student. Hence, he seeks modification of the conditions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) opposes grant of relief.

CRL OP(MD). No.9569 of 2023 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there is a civil dispute between the parties, the fourth condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Crl.MP.No.2213 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 stands relaxed. The petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed on the petitioners shall remain unaltered.
