Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks issuance of fresh passport. Since he is involved in a criminal case, it has not been processed. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent states that the criminal case against the petitioner is pending only at FIR stage.
3. Therefore, there cannot be any impediment for processing the petition mentioned application. The first respondent is directed to process the same and issue passport to the petitioner subject to usual formalities.
