ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the fifth respondent.

2.The petitioner's grievance is that private respondents are indulging in illegal activities in connection with the petition mentioned temple. He wants action to be taken against them. Invoking writ jurisdiction for this purpose appears to be misconceived. If according to the petitioner, respondents 6 and 7 committed offence, his remedy is to go before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court if the fifth respondent has not taken any action.

3.Granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his rights in the manner known to law, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
