Heard Mr.S.Sarvagan Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The petitioner had made representations on 13.05.2024 and 03.06.2024 to the respondents for settling his salary for the month of April and May 2024.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the amount of Rs.1,52,082/- has been settled towards the monthly salary of the petitioner. Since the representation has already been considered and salary has also been paid to the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
