O R D E R
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land situate in S.Nos.638/8C, 638/8F and 638/8P in Periyakottai Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District.
2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

According to the petitioner, the patta for the above mentioned land stands in the name of the petitioner and two others in Patta No.4350 and he submitted an application before the respondents for survey of the land covered by S.No.638/8P on 20.03.2025 and also submitted another application for survey of the land covered by S.Nos.638/8C and 638/8F on 24.04.2025 and paid the necessary survey charges. In spite of the same, the respondents have not take any steps to survey the property. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 2/5
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that one of the co-pattadhars viz., Kongan has made an objection for survey of the property. Hence, the applications of the petitioner are kept pending.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the first respondent is directed to consider the applications submitted by the petitioner dated 20.03.2025 and 24.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and other Copattadhars viz., Kongan and Periyannan.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
