PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to circulate the relevant documents asked by the petitioner based on petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2017 before continuing the domestic enquiry in pursuant to the charge memo issued by the first respondent in his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.1422/A3/2014 dated 22.06.2015.
