Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to survey measure and demarcate the boundaries of the lands in Survey No.1017/1 Plot No.27 situating in Mannavanur Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District and consequently, direct the sixth respondent to provide adequate police protection by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 25.06.2022 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants survey to be conducted in respect of the petition mentioned property.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent states that there is no objection. The petition mentioned land is very much the patta land of the petitioner. The survey is proposed to be held on 19.07.2022 at 11.00 a.m. On the said date, the exercise of survey and demarcation shall be completed and necessary proceedings also will be issued to the petitioner thereafter.

4. This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
