RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order made in Crl.O.P.10002/2017 dt.11.09.2018 by directing the Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, to issue copies of document to the petitioner/4th accused in PRC.No.7/2010 in time fixed by this Honourable court and commit the case by splitting up the case with regard to this petitioner immediately to the Special Court, Tirunelveli the Special Court, Tirunelveli immediately on receipt of the case papers proceed further with the framing of charge and trial insofar as the petitioner/4th accused in PRC.7/2010 is concerned and complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
