This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission itself.
2. Ms.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.
3. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent that the petitioner has been arrayed as A1 in FIR in Crime No. 359 of 2024, in which the charge sheet has been filed on 08.03.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Karur.
4. Considering the same, there is no scope in granting any relief at this 2/4
stage by this Court. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to move the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate before expediting hearing of the above case, which is pending against the petitioner.
