O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No.180 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate on 13.11.2021.

3. The Judicial Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is open to the petitioners herein, to apply for the certified copies of the final report as well as the statements recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C.. The Court below will not return the said application by stating that the copies will be given only on the first hearing date. All the contentions and defences of the petitioners are left open. Liberty was given to apply a fresh petition.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
