PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.125 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused herein, who was arrested on 15.06.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 272, 273 and 328 of IPC and Section 6 (b), 24(i) of Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in Crime No.125 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit. On the basis of the affidavit that has been filed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 3.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.11688 of 2022 Dindigul and on further condition that the petitioner must stay away from Nilakottai and must stay at Trichy. The petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
