2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that it is a case under Section 302 of IPC and the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this Court only from 15.09.2020.
3. Recording the same Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
